Still having trouble with MICE. Clark Personnel very helpful but unable to eliminate mouse problem. Sprayed for Ants , no additional problems with Ants. Cannot ELIMINATE MOUSE PROBLEM. Would really appreciate additional Assistance. THANKS I can be contacted at 510 278 0453
I initially contacted Clark for ants. Haven’t seen an ant in the house since they began. Recently saw evidence of a rodent in my garage. Clark was out the same day. Service is excellent and effective. Couldn’t be happier.

Both the scheduler and Hector are excellent.
The service could be a little better. The technicians are very nice but I've been through 4 of them in the last year. Seems like there is no one technician assigned to my area of North Richmond, CA who stays longer than 3 to 6 months. I don't like the automated calls when service will be performed. I don't usually answer numbers I do not recognize. I liked the personal phone calls before from Gabriel. He was my favorite technician, listened to my requests and concerns.
