Great personnel that come out in the field-
I love my technician. He checks in as appropriate and let’s me know to be on the lookout for pests that are common for my area. He always looks professional
I realize it’s probably very difficult to keep operators long term. So I would guess notes on your accounts are critical for continuity. In the last two years, I don’t believe I’ve had the same operator come to the house for service, more than twice. It’s almost always a new person. So I wind up going over all the same things with the new guy that I just covered with his predecessor. That is very frustrating.
