We love John our service guy! He always asks if we have any bugs and where and takes care of them.

Clark always does a great job here. My only complaint about Clark is with the Home Office. Our technician and local office personnel are great. But if you want to give a “heads up” to the tech a couple days before his appointment,you have to go through the National Office who relays down to the local office. The one time I did this, the National Office personnel didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about and therefore mis-informed the local office of what I said.
