Customer service is great, but having issues with some bug control. Need more targeted elimination of bugs as subscribed for.

They did a good job
Generally OK except for my ornamental conifers in the front yard. They seem to be beset with spider mites. One tree has already died. One of your service guys knew that once they were sprayed, a return was required in about 2 weeks to get whatever hatched the 2 weeks prior. To be fair, I have not let you guys know about the mites. Everything else seems to be satisfactory, but some special attention needs to be paid to my ornamental conifers.
Clark did a good job.
Your tech is great but we have a continuous ant problem - they will not go away
