Great service overall, and the technician who comes by bi-monthly to treat our house is always professional!
We had a new, to us, and maybe to you, technician, Carlos Zamora. He was very willing and helpful. He seemed particularly interested in helping us get rid of the spiders that have been difficult recently. The problem is not solved, but it is better. Thank you.

Our technician SISKL is awesome. He discusses any issues we have with us & then follows through on everything we discuss. In all the years we have had Clark (well over 20), he is the best tech we've ever had!! Simply awesome customer care from him!! Frank & Gail Williams :-)

My service person is always on time or calls me if he is running late. He is always very personable and very professional. He advises me if there is a problem or not and what actions we need to take

Want the service person to wear shoe protectors when going into the house with carpets. The service is good. The control of rodents has been very difficult. Ant and spider control has been very good. The person used chemicals outside to control the problem. It was great to get rid of the ants and spiders. No rodent was caught. I caught one myself putting the sticky sheets in the right place. The critters are smart and avoids the traps.
