Have ants. Know they take a long time to bait and kill. Still have ants after 5 weeks.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm under contract with them so I'm kind of have my hands tied but you guys are the worst. Can't wait to be done with you.

During the initial visit last summer I made my expectations abundantly clear to the tech. He was to apply pre-emergant to the trouble areas early spring so I dont have to stare at dead weeds all through my gravel driveway and backyard. The spring rains come and with it a nice crop of weeds I get to stare at until I, after having paid premium rates, get to go out and remove myself. I will be cancelling service once a new provider is determined. Thanks, but no thanks

You can improve by actually getting rid of the bugs. I tell them everytime that we have Black widows and Turkish cockroaches. We've been customers for a couple of years now and still have huge amounts of both. We consistently have webs all over our yard, fence, garbage cans, outdoor furniture, bushed, fruit trees, eve's and pretty much every where else. Unless I call to complain they don't automatically just get the webs. I could probably buy my own products at Walmart and get better pest control. I'm getting pretty close to... read more

The pest control is fine, but the termite control not so good. Three times in the past three years they have scheduled with us to come out for an inspection; they have kept the appointment zero times. They were to have come out for the warranty inspection last week - wee waited all day, even though they said they wuld be here between 9 am and 11 am. We are stilld waiting. I AM NT AT ALL HAPPY!

We had a great technician. But when it came to customer service with management we were highly disappointed. When we asked for additional services, they made us seem like we were bothering them. Which would of brought them more money. So it didn't make any sense. Ben the field supervisor in our area put personal issues such as his children being picked up from day care ahead of giving us the service we paid for. This is ultimately what made us cancel our account and go to a local less expensive exterminator company.

I was on vacation for 3 months. The spider webs were thick all over my external lights. On walk Thur on porch. I was scared to open my shed. This was the worst ever. I hate Spiders.
