when your tech comes to our house he rings the door bell, greets us with a smile and ask if there are any problems that he needs address today besides normal service. We tell him and he addresses it immediately.

Your service is prompt and keeps to the scheduled dates given online. Sometimes I wonder how it gets sprayed so fast, but no evidence of pests, so it is working.
The technician always arrives on time, is professional and polite. He is also full of good advise and education about rats!
A great job in the front yard but I had to tell the tech not to go in the back. I have a feral cat with a kittens and didn't want to scare her. If I had received a heads up on when the tech would be arriving I could have put the cat and kittens inside. Wish there was a way of knowing when the tech is coming.
