Neil, explained very clear the processes and answered our questions.
Neil did an excellent job once again. But unfortunately we came to know that he is quitting Clark Pest Control. This the second occurrence - the first one was Garry quitting. It seems to us that good workers are leaving the company - may be for the same reason. Anyway. please ensure that we get a technician who will do an excellent work like Neil and Gary (i.e. working diligently - not trying to finish in 10 or 15 minutes to cover more properties). My Clark man was here yesterday. He did a great job. He did the usual things, and then I asked him to check out a Clark sealed metallic trap that was located under my bouganvillea, which is huge, up next to the foundation wall. He found it, and it needed emptying, cleaning, rebaiting, and returned to it's spot. He had been unaware of it, so I asked him to note it in his logbook for checking on each visit, in case you send out someone else. Clark is very good but they sometimes miss the call webs on the house.
On time, effecient. We don’t see any pests.
We have been bothered by fleas in our backyard for a long while. Brian and Miguel did a great job solving the problem. Every time we call, they respond promptly and service is done thoroughly. Clark is pest control to go to!
