The person who services our home was good the first few times. The last couple of visits he has been showing up unannounced, during the rain, and this last time he only serviced the front yard then left the invoice on our front door and left. We had to call him to come back and do our back yard. We pay monthly for full service and we have to keep asking him to perform services that we pay for. It’s disappointing to have to stay on top of him every time he comes to ensure we are getting what we pay for.

There was a outing error on some exclusion work/dry rot work we had done and Tony Garcia took care of any dispute that might have occurred and has kept us in the Clark family. The exclusion work was done flawlessly and Daniel our account person does an outstanding job for us on a semi monthly basis. We are extremely happy with Clark service and will contact you to finish the dry rot work.
