Our experience is generally good. We are in new condo construction and have had a huge ant issue. Clark has been very responsive and come out immediately, even if between scheduled visits. There was one occasion on which the source of the ants was missed and we went weeks not being able to fully get rid of them. A great supervisor, Aaron, has really helped to solve the problem.
Great service. Friendly and very professional people. In particular, our quarterly technician, Gabe, is terrific. He always calls to confirm service dates, he’s always on time, very pleasant, competent and is nice to our dog!
