I have been with you over 3 years and have been serviced by 8 to 10 different people. That is what really bothers me. I liked the job Oscar did and called to find out if he was my new tech. I was told he would be here July 1st, not true, Jesse showed up. I liked Jesse too, but will he continue in my area? This is probably the only reason why I would change service vendors.
We've been customers for years and have been pretty happy. Our new technician, Megan, is exceptional! Not only is she very informed on all types of pests, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is done! You are fortunate to have Megan on your staff, she is the best.
