They are always friendly! I have only had to call them out on non-service months a few times. When I have, they have been prompt to get out right away.
Our Technician is great. We are always asked if there are any issues that need attention. She is very professional and gets right to her work. I feel bad I don’t remember her name, not her fault, mine. Anyway she does a great job and is a great representative for Clark. I will make sure I remember her name on her next visit. Thank you for the good service.
Your service is adequate. My only complaint is not having a service tech assigned to our account.
