Other than arriving at 4:00PM, the service was, as usual, very good. The technician was thorough, polite and efficient. He is a very nice young man. We have been customers for a number of years and have had no issues with pests. Our bait box is empty every time the technician comes out, but I see no external evidence of rats or mice.
