Clark Pest Control comes out quarterly and sprays around the base of the house. They wipe down spider webs and paper wasp nests in the hard to reach areas. I don't have bugs in the house. Everything dies at the outside perimeter. If anything does make it inside, I can call them and they send someone out in a reasonable time period and respray at no additional charge. Hello Clark.
