New guy was not aware that we expected to be contacted before arrival. When he showed up we were surprised and not ready for his service.

The service, maintenance, and technicians at Clark are great as well as company management. I have always been treated with respect and certainly feel I am a valued customer. On occasion where a call back is necessary, Clark comes back out and treats again at no charge. The value is good but the excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Management follows up to make sure I was satisfied. Clark should be protecting your home too! M Vest

Friendly, professional and on time
Very pleased with Mr. Edgar Morales service, he listens to you and provides excellent suggestions. Just sorry that Clark Pest Control doesn't include getting rid of Possum's or other such pest. This may force us to look at other options.
