You did not contact us before your visit. As a result, you did not have access to the backyard. You treated the front but left a note saying you would be back to treat the backyard. You never can back yet charged me full price for front and backyard. Absolutely unacceptable. I called and you would not negotiate a reduced price for only treating the front. I fired you guys.
Service was OK - problem was being billed for service before it was performed and also for the wrong amount. Called and talked with manager who said it would me taken care of but it was not. Will be calling again tomorrow. Service should be $91 not $94 and billed after it is performed.
Still have a lot of spiders and rat droppings. Really bothers me cause they are so nasty and carry a lot of diseases

Your home pest services are excellent. Your administration of accounts and payables is the worst I have experienced. This lack of process may cause us to abandon Clark Pst as a service..!
After last service, we started seeing ants inside the house. We called and asked for service again. We were told that unless it was an emergency, no one would come inside our home to treat fir the ants.
The service is OK. Not fantastic. We still have ant trails outside even though they are sprayed every month. Not sure if we'll continue with the monthly service A little pricey for the quality of service
We keep getting sprayed for spiders, but within a week, we have spider webs. And the ants are crazy. We have spiders in the house, but you won't come inside to spray. About ready to cancel service.
