I have been seeing Dr. Springs for about 10 months now. He is always honest, listens to my concerns and explains things very thoroughly. He is busy, but he does not hesitate to stop and make sure that I understand and feel safe (I had a cornea transplant and occasionally worry about things). He also remembers personal things about me and never fails to ask me about them.
Dr. Springs treatment has been both courteous and efficient. His team of nurses and assistants put me at ease during both preparation and recovery of my cataract surgery.
Everyone told me how wonderful Dr Springs was. I thought so too until the first post-op exam when he said oops. Over a period of several weeks and many exams he decided there's nothing further he could do for me. It wasn't until a year later that a professional examined my eye and determined I had lost significant portions of my optic nerve thanks to Dr Springs. I will never forgive him. For the rest of my life I wake up every morning with only one good eye as a reminder of what he did to me.
Never again will he touch my eyes
I felt very confident that Dr. Springs could take care of my abrasion/tear from a zipper on my pillow case. He answered all of my questions and I found his bedside manor to be very kind and understanding. He also had a sense of humor. ?? The procedure only took about 10-12 minutes and he and his technicians did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. Excellent doctor!
