RecommendedThey got my dog in the same day that I called. She was quite sick and started to feel better in less than 24 hours later. They spent time with her to get the samples they needed. They also spent time with me showing me how to do routine care that she needs. I love their Paws Plan. I would highly recommend this veterinary office.
When no other vet or Animal Hospital was willing to help me with (French/Canadian born and bred) Maltese for her end of life care. Clarke stepped up to the plate help me. They did it with such great care and compassion. Even if she didn’t have an American local vet! This Animal Hospital cares about your pet!! She was our family pet for nearly 18 years.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this office, from the doctors, to nurses, to reception. I will NEVER take my dog anywhere else, AND we drive from the east side of Grand Rapids just to see them! Their services are a great price! I have never felt more comfortable, relaxed, and trusting in a staff. My dog Penny is a rescue and comes from a background that included severe neglect and abuse. I just wanted to say thanks so much!! These people are so amazing, compassionate and really do care!! We had to put our sunshine to sleep yesterday. They allowed us to be with her until we were ready to say goodbye. Thanks to Dr.Graham for her compassion and careing heart made us feel better. It does not take the hurt away but makes my family feel better knowing we were not just a number. The entire staff was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again you all ROCK.
I’ve been going to them, for over 20 years. First with Tyg, who’s been gone 10 years and now with Little Puddy, who is 13 now. Very professional, caring and compassionate.
