The staff are very polite, friendly and sensitive people who genuinely care about animals. The doctors are gentle and understanding and explain things in a way that anyone can understand. This was our first visit and not our last.
This is a wonderful place to take your animal for care. Phone service and in office are always friendly and willing to give great advice and help for your furry loved one
After a period of time the employees know you and your pet. This benefits everyone involved, especially your pet!
They have a wonderful doctor and staff! They did a wonderful job with our elderly pup today that was experiencing pain. Took very good care of her and got her on the path to feeling her normal sassy self again. They were also very good at explaining what was happening and what they were doing every step of the way, which was wonderful for my anxious self.

Dr Thayer was great with my fur baby from diagnosing her to helping her cross the rainbow bridge. My Sophie has seen all the doctors here and we love them all. Thank you all for taking care of Sophie all these years.
I see Dr. Thayer,he is a really good veterinarian and is really good with my fur babies everyone else they are very nice and helpful too I would greatly recommend them to everyone else also !!!!!
