Before crash it was even. 0.5 Star : Customer Service The shoddy workmanship and bad/wrong parts were immediately noticeable.

ZERO Quality Control before it goes back to the customer. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Zero Quality Control. Plain and simple. 0 Star : My Experience Body work and paint looked good. My reason for not "completely satisfied" is because the sanding dust and residue was not at all removed from the interior door panel. It was not protected from the work being done, messy.
