4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality The bombarding text messages asking for my feedback is annoying but effective I suppose. The work is great and it looks better than my vehicle did before the damages. Super friendly and helpful staff. Communication about my vehicle and updates on timeframe could be a little better, but overall it was fine. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Updated from the appraiser would have been nice. If they plan was to keep my car over the weekend etc. Waiting on parts/paint/ etc.
