Great employees Claws and Paws is the only place in Pearland that I would take my pet to. Great employees who are so personable. I was on vacation and boarded Abby. She was not eating the way she normaly does, I called and told them about something she really liked to eat and they made sure Abby got it. Everyone there is so professional and caring. Great staff I can't say enough about this practice and their staff. I am a rescue volunteer in addition to having pets of my own so I spend plenty of time in the office. Customer service starts at the front door in this practice. Everyone at Claws & Paws shows genuine concern for your pet and for you. They are always willing to work me in for emergencies or new rescues and when I leave I always feel like all of my concerns have been addressed.
First class This is a first class veterinary hospital. I have been a client since 2002 and have always been satisfied by the outstanding performance of the doctors and staff. The atmosphere is warm and each member of the staff displays a genuine concern for your babies well being. The doctors and staff are thorough in their diagnosis and only recommend what is necessary to keep your babies healthy and in good shape. I would recommend Claws & Paws to anyone who is looking for first class care for their pets.
Awesome Vets!!!! We started taking our Jack Russell terrier to Claws and Paws after a bad experience with another veterinary office in Pearland. Dr. Wickel and the rest of the staff treat our dog (who is like our child) as if he is one of their own. We never have to worry how we or our dog will be treated. Our dog is now almost 17 years old and Dr. Wickel continues to offer options, such as acupuncture, to help him feel spry and as young as a 17 year old can. Hattie the Active Senior My Hattie girl has been seeing Dr. Wickle for years for her athletic aches and pains. Hattie is a GSP with a high drive for fun. She is titled out in many of her sports. Hattie has suffered from arthritis in her hips for the last 2 year and an acl repair. She is almost 11 and still very active. Dr. Wickle keeps her in active condition with acupuncture and herbs. Best Dog Care Anywhere! Claws & Paws has been taking care of our dogs since we moved to Pearland twelve years ago. Dr. Terrell did a fantastic job with Pepper, our Dalmatian, when we almost lost her to kidney failure. We had a another year with her before we had to put her down. Now we have two Siberian huskies. We almost lost our Yvette several years ago to pancreatitis and this wonderful, caring staff was here yet again to nurse our baby back to health. Exemplary Care for your Furry Family! Rarely will you find a group of people so dedicated to the care of your animal family. The veterinarians and staff are compassionate caregivers with reasonable rates. All the veterinarians have continuing education to better diagnose your animal's ailment. Great vets! My dog had surgery on both ACL's last summer. And because I live on the second floor of my apartment building, I had to let him convalesce at Claws & Paws for about 8 weeks total, since the surgery was done in two parts. They took such WONDERFUL care of him- I never worried about him at all. They even call periodically just to see how he's doing! Much Appreciation! I have been taking all 6 of my animals to Claws and Paws practically since they opened. I have been so impressed and thankful for the care and concern they give my babies. I left briefly as I moved out of the area. I now am back at Claws and Paws because the experience at the new vet was not Top Notch!
