Quick, courteous, prompt service. The service manager was polite and helpful. The checkout was quick. The work was done fast and well. Top notch all around.
LD was our salesperson and he was attentive and professional. He answered the phone when we called the night before the transaction, so we got him by default. He ensured the car we were calling about was ready for us to drive the next day and honored the quote provided. He did all in his power to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
I bought my last two cars at Central Kia—a Forte and an Optima. And had zero problems with both! All service on both cars was only at Central Kia. The reason is THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND GOOD SERVICE! Paul has been a Service Advisor through both cars AND is AMAZING!. He’s a super guy and always has a great attitude doing more than I ask! Thank you Central Kia!!
