We were able to make a same week appointment for a 10k mile check, which included an oil change and tire rotation for an upcoming road trip. Once I arrived my customer service representative was super nice and gave me a call when my car was being washed in order to give me a heads up on when it would be done! Additionally, my car service was started on promptly at my appointment time, even though I was a few minutes late and completed timely!
I was pleased how they took care of me got me in an out. It was a good experience! better than I had buying cars at other dealerships.
Sales team was very responsive allowing me to find the car I had been searching for quickly and compared to other dealerships in the surrounding area, Johnny and Justin's level of service was significantly higher. They made the experience enjoyable and provided confidence in their service before I even arrived at the dealership.
Once the part finally came in, my service was handled quickly and professionally. I appreciated the Lyft home and back since it was an all day repair.
I was pleased with Stephen's attentiveness and the finance office etiquette. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Kia provided one of the best car-buying experiences we have ever had. Other dealerships we visited the same day seemed less than enthusiastic about helping customers, but at Kia the whole vibe was relaxed and welcoming.
