The entire service team is there to make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly & finished in the shortest amount of time as possible. The customer waiting room has free wifi, snacks, a nice coffee selection & phone charging stations for every type of cell phone.
If you go here, ask for Tim Jordan. He is very professional and easy to work with. Be prepared that if you value your trade in on their website, they will offer much less in the dealer. You can't trust the written offer from the Plano Kia website. They offered 4k less than what the website quoted. I then took to Carvana and got 4k more than Plano offered.
My service advisor was helpful in explaining my basic vehicle recommendations and answered my questions with honesty and patience.
