Because the builder needed to close before the end of the year, the timeline was very tight, going from initial interest to closing in about three weeks, but Clayton clearly explained the process, the urgency, and the reasons behind it in a professional and reassuring way. He was very informative, understood my perspective, and made a fast-paced new-build closing feel smooth and well-managed.
