Too expensive and if you are not rich enough just don't go there they don't accept any insurance

At first everything was great, they came up with a plan and promises. This was in January. It is now nearly July, with incomplete services. Luckily, I financed it which gives me the option to dispute the finance charges and get a refund. After several delays and excuses I am fed up. I had my final appointment which they canceled the night before. I am still waiting. In the meantime I contacted my finance people to get a full refund. Now, the 4th is coming and BBQs that I can't eat at... and still I am waiting with no respons... read more

I had an appointment today for a consultation at 2:30. I asked at the desk if I had the time correct after waiting a half an hour. Finally a guy comes out, makes an apology and says he was on the phone! Like that is any excuse and is somehow acceptable for wasting a half an hour of my time. He proceeds to bring me directly to a "scan". I asked if it had radiation and he said it did. BEWARE.. clear choice has a one-size-fits-all approach. I only had a consultation and that was enough to bail! They came-up with a $37,000 plan without anyone actually looking in my mouth! I think it was the receptionist that took my full-mouth's scan in two seconds. The plan was to pull all of my front upper front teeth; not because it was the best choice, but more simply because it fit their plan and was easier. I ended-up at Pitt dental school.
