I went to Glen Mills office precisely at the scheduled time. They kept me bouncing from waiting room to waiting room showing commercials or just waiting for almost 2 hours. The tour was 5 min. The 3d xray took - generously - 10 mim. The doctor's consultation was just under 5 min. The other 1 hour 30 min. was wasted waiting. That's how they value your time. Half a day with time off from work wasted. Clearly, won't be my choice. Good luck staying in business. And thanks for the package, another wasted resource.
DONT DO IT!! This company is terrible! maybe it was just this location but their service is not good. After they get your money your on your own! I'm just trying to get a cleaning and I feel like they are avoiding me! IF I GET someone on the phone they transfer you to a line where nobody picks up the phone! this has been going on over a year now!
If I could give them no stars I honestly would! This company is fraudulent and deceptive, they only care about you initially before payment is made. Once you sign that contract and the bank pays them they will no longer answer your phone calls. I was told if I needed anything to reach out, my night guard broke a week after my implant surgery it's almost a year or more later and I never heard back from anyone in clear choice. I began going to Clear Choice in Ft. Washington, PA in July 2021 to repair 1 tooth knocked out by my doggie. It took them nearly 2 years to give me a tooth I could barely live with as spittle shoots out from between the sides of the implanted tooth. Clear Choice is refusing to repair their sub-standard job. The oral surgeon who extracted the remnants of the fatally damaged tooth prescribed so much amoxicillin that I had to be hospitalized for several days. They have a TikTok add to apply for dental implant grants. the link takes you to see plans or care credit. I've checked all the links. Each one looks for your information to make an appointment or look for insurance plans that might suit. it says see the price for full mouth implants. Yet the link brings us to make an appointment. Don't go! Rip off! Double the price for the same product. They figure if they get enough people to come in, at least a few will fall for the sham. They don't care about you!!!!!! They care about profit- that's it. Corporate snakes and they will bite you! They tried to charge me $62,000 saying I was a difficult case. I had my full mouth replaced for 43,000 a week later in Media.
A year later and I am still suffering blisters. When I first got the teeth done I told them about it and they were gonna send me to allergist but for some reason they scrapped that. I told them I was moving to Las Vegas and I would only go to them if I could go to one in Vegas if I have any problems. When I got to Vegas they told me they could not help me because they don't do snap in dentures there.
