Dog and pony experience. They have failed to meet the standard of care. Their nonchalant attitude to their care. Apathetic, half-hearted attitude. Shoddy dentures. I've been dealing with all this for 18 months , and they still haven't fulfilled their obligation. It's been a nightmare. Incompetent work, and product. I paid for implants full upper and bottom partial. NIGHTMARE. Mr Mallard begged for the money. Pressure sales. Don't get caught in their web. THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IS A LIE.THEIR JUST A DOG AND PONY show.

Absolutely terrible, no one time did they mention they were in the same building as a steak house and there are no signs mentioning they are in that same building! I drove around 15 mins in circles looking for the place and then they had to nerve to tell me I was too late because I was 3 mins passed my grace period!!!! Well I got there 15 mins ago and I could not locate you guys until someone finally picked up and told me that they were in the same building as the steak house 4th floor! Smh I will not reschedule ! F**k yah

My mother has been coming to Clear Choice in Raleigh for nearly 14 months and still doesn't have her teeth!! They've skipped steps, tried to send her home with temporary material as the permanent material, and lied all along the way! They take the full amount up front before they will do any work and then have the messiest most unorganized process I have ever witnessed in my life!

Clear Choice is a total scam. They do not have a single dental surgeon on staff. They solicit active military/VA surgeons to work as contract employees. Not only does this cause treatment delays while they attempt to find which surgeon has time to leave his full time employment and do some procedure for them, the surgeon is totally not authorized to work a second job. All the military, including Coast Guard have strict constraints regarding moonlighting by medical doctors/dentists. Bottom line is that unless they get "w... read more

Because I have attempted to call ant and all phone numbers associated with "Clear Choice : Raleigh using firstly the number given within the txt message sent to my Cell Phone Number as above. It appears although I COULD get through to your automated voice reception and this forwarded to one of SEVERAL of your consultants/ Agents but whilst I COULD HEAR them (4 Ladies and one man) they seemingly couldn't hear me?!
