Wow, what a good feeling to be able to smile and smile often! I had heard about ClearChoice and had seen their commercials. Using Clear Choice implants instead of attempting replacement of my remaining upper teeth with a standard denture was the best solution for me. My family dentist began creating partials for my missing teeth years ago. Despite his best efforts I was completely uncomfortable with them in my mouth while trying to eat. Not an effective solution for my very high palate. I received my implants two years ago & had a very supportive experience with Doctors & all of the Schaumburg staff. I am disappointed with the level of professionalism at Clear Choice at Schaumburg, as they seem to prioritize large loans over other concerns. After my implant, I experienced an emergency and was unable to schedule an appointment, resulting in a 4-day hospital admission. Despite doctors' attempts to contact Clear Choice, there was no response for the first few days until the third day. On the 4 th day discharge.. I've previously written a Yelp review on my experiences with my Clear Choice dental implants. It was a glowing, wonderful experience and the outcome has made me extremely proud of my smile and also the renewed confidence I've regained in social outings. Was told by staff to remortgage our home or to borrow from family and friends for the 40k-50k bill if we went through with the implants. Good luck to those who have trouble coming up with that much money.

You think you will get good teeth right away ??? NO WAY !!! 5 visits until my Temporary teeth were put in CROOKED from a visiting Dentist Dr. Steven G. Lewis. I have had 4 c-sections and let me tell you pulling 13 teeth and implanting 8 posts is the most EXCRUCIATING PAIN I EVER HAD !!!! Then he OK'd them to lock them in CROOKED !!! This was on August 20th. Night before last, these temp teeth broke ! Seems from what I hear in the waiting room this happens a lot. Excellent care! All the staff members were very supportive and informative throughout the process. I finished my treatment plan this week, with the delivery of my final crowns for 2 upper implants. I wish I'd done it sooner! This will be a long review... I hope this will help others who will relate to my story. I neglected my teeth for many years because I had an extreme aversion to dentists. Be careful, they promise you the moon and deliver nothing. Not all services are guaranteed for life, only the implants and if a tooth breaks they are fees. Also, they do not mention that the cleaning has to be done downtown and is not available in Schaumburg until after all is completed.

Clear Choice - Schaumburg: Initial appt in May 2015 was for my Mom. She has dental issues that had her dentist recommending she go to the oral surgeon and remove the remaining teeth. Wanted to check out the option of implants verse dentures. Able to get appt quickly for consultation. During that consultation and getting over the shock of the cost for doing this.
