Wonderful experience! The in-home exam and consultation allowed my mother to realize how much hearing loss she had. Dr. Williams and her assistant/tech (sorry, I can't find her name on any paperwork) were so patient and diplomatic as they walked my mother through the process. Great job, you guys! Thank you!

I'm amazed at how much care Dr. Brad Stewart took learning about my hearing issues as well as the places I spend time and the difficulties I have--everywhere from my office and various conference rooms, restaurants, home, etc. On my first appointment, he set me up with a loaner pair of hearing aids that immediately changed my life and gave me the confidence I had lost due to not being able to hear clearly in many settings. Top notch service! Dr Ingram is very helpful, knowledgeable and caring of customers needs and concerns. If you need an audiologist, I highly recommend her!!

I am delighted with the service I received and the product I purchased. The process was easy and quick. I was supported during testing and trial period. All my questions and concerns were satisfied and explained. In short I am in love with my new hearing aids!
