I have been using Clearwater for many years and all of their staff are very helpful. In my last visit, I expressed an interest in having a digital timer placed on my pump, and Brian was very helpful in selecting one for me. Then I had the dream team of Ben and Andre come install it and help me get it programmed. I can't say enough good things about the sales and service at Clearwater!
This review is more for the owner Joan, then the workers who are very nice and helpful. I went to Clearwater two weeks ago with my pool green. Bought everything I needed and over the next two weeks made 5 more trips to the store for water testing and more suggestive purchases only to have my pool never become crystal clear blue, more cloudy blue, and only turn right back to green. My husband and I did a good bit of research after deciding to buy a spa. Learned that having a local, RELIABLE dealer is very important for various reasons. Read online that CWP&S had great customer service so we took an impromptu trip to the store and sat in a few spas, Zack was amazing with answering our questions and explaining everything. I’ve had in ground swimming pools for over 40 years and have used several pool companies. Clearwater Pools on Sherwood Forest is by far the best. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well stocked and has reasonable prices. I love their repair guy Benjamin. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personality. Highly recommend these folks.
We bought a pool about a year ago from them. Every time we have an issue or question they have been so great. Our sand filter unfortunately cracked but they got Andre to come out change it out. He was so professional and patient with all of our questions. Y’all have a great employee. Everyone in the store is always great also. The Owner has gone above and beyond to take care of us. My wife Meri usually goes to the store and always tells me how well she was treated. Thank y’all for what you do!
