RecommendedHad great results with the doctor and staff through 6 or 7 procedures until today. My procedure was canceled because I took an 81mg baby asprin same as always but no one informed me the rules changed 2 weeks ago.
Out of the last six appointments my husband and I have had with Clear Way all but one have been cancelled and rescheduled. Half of the time the appts are rescheduled prior to them confirming our availability and we are left to rearrange our schedules to accommodate. Their inability to keep an appt is a HUGE inconvenience! It is standard practice at Clear Way that you only see your doctor once every quarter and then see whatever nurse practitioner is available the other visits. Did not seem to matter that I've been dealing with chronic pain for years and know what works and what doesn't but apparently because of what happened to others and what didn't work for others apparently means it wouldn't work for me even though it did and does. Explained in detail and still did not matter. Gigantic waste of time and money to be prescribed medicines that don't work just because we are scared to prescribe what does. could of saved myself time and money and just buy some marijuana and saved this place time ... read more
Seeing them for several months now. Had three procedures and no pain relief. When I asked what else we could do, I was told they didn't have my MRIs so couldn't do anything. However, I couldn't even make the first appointment without the MRIs, and when I went through my paperwork from them, I had the lab report, which was handed to me from the doctor. Dr. Garrett I thought was a caring and compassionate person, but I was dead wrong. He is a horrible person to let me, a 57 year old women with multiple problems. whom has been taking medication from him for several years, to just cut me off, with no weaning off period is inhumane!! This is what creates street drug users and heroin addicts. I hope he feels good about himself.
