Dr. Gurman is excellent in giving cortisone injections. He is very professional & skilled. I always request him when I'm in need of a spine injection because he's the best. Dr. Gurman injected my right shoulder this morning & did an excellent job. I would recommend Dr. Gurman because I've discovered he's one of the best at his profession.

He takes his time with his patients. He also explains everything in detail so you can understand everything. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Being treated for pain through Clearway Pain Mgt., no call back or follow up from office or Clearway even though making formal complaints. Wilkens Avenue office is horrible and staff is incompetent. They will intentionally NOT call you back and Dr. is not concerned and does not follow up or call back neiher.
Terrible experience
Had gone to annapolis surgery center for double descectamy. L1/2 andL3/4Had been having serve pain lower back (felt like electric shock ) shooting into legs making it hard to walk.At time of consultation dr Simmons said I'd be out of work 7 ta 10 days .I had procedure ..on the 12th of oct. ONCE I was clear to leave asked about post procedure instructions .A few minutes later nurse comes back gives me paper that says look for drainage or swelling for next 72 hours could use ice if needed .and to see different dr in easton fol... read more
She listens and is very thorough on all my health issues she asked questions about each and is very understanding and kind she listens and makes me feel like she really cares to help me with my pain and gives me other suggestions that might help
I went to Dr. Furman seeking legitimate, professional pain management for a shattered left wrist which he didn't even ask to look at or about it. He described himself as an interventionist as if I needed intervention. Note I haven't ever in my life sought a pain medication but was treated as if I were an addict trying to scam the doctor.
