This place is a joke when it comes to resolving customer service issues. I paid almost $300 to get highlights done. Jenn did not process me enough and I have the worst 3 inches of brassiness in my hair. Totally two different hair colors. I got scheduled for a day to correct it, but when I show up at that time I am told I was not scheduled until another week later. They refused to do anything for me.
