" The only dealership I will never use again ." We just bought a 2014 Ford explore. We love this car but after one week the AC went out. The serpentine belt broke and cut the AC refrigerant line. We took the car back to find out the extended warranty didnt cover the repairs due to it being a belt that caused the whole thing. Yes I know it's a used car and you buy it as is. But we talked to Randy and then Milke who both went out of their way to help. Most dealerships seam to forget who you are after the sell but not this one.... read more
