"Best car buying experience ever!" My experience with Larry hill imports was by far the easiest, smooth and Hassel free experience I have had buying a car. My salesman, John Yow, was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted me to receive the best deal for the car I was purchasing. The other staff came in contact with were all friendly and seemed to do everything possible to make my experience as quick and painless as possible. Will never buy a car from anywhere else from here on out.

"Excellent service by the service department " Excellent customer service by Ron Penepent in the Service Department / he went out of his way to try to find a solution to my problem.
"Great service department" Initial contact with dealer supplied wrong info for service appointments. I was told to make one, but in reality its first come, first serve. That aside, the service department staff, especially Ron Penepent and Terry the shuttle guy were courteous and professional. I really feel Ron went above and beyond to communicate the status of work, to get the work done on schedule and give me a fair shake on the cost. The experience made me a little less fearful of dealership service.

"A great experience!" I gave a five star because when I first got there, they were so kind and did not make me feel like I was being pushed to buy a car. They gave me time to breath. The guy that helped me was Todd Olinger and he was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope to buy my son's first vehicle here to.
