"Brake Service / Transmision Fluid Change" F150 Ron was knowledgable on the service performed on my truck. Answered questions I had, and made reccomendations on future service intervals, as I pull a 35 foot camper cross country with this truck. Very happy with the performance of this truck. One reccomendations that I would have for Ford is to review the margins on service parts, Bit pricey On brake rotors...
"Friendly Dealership" I decided to "walk - in" for my first oil change on my new F-150 and found out the wait time was going to be close to 2 hours. I just about walked out, but Scott Burkart stayed "engaged" and friendly and essentially helped me feel comfortable enough to stay. "Fantastic and very helpful salesmen" They were very honest with me about the vehichles i was looking at. They tried to help me find a good affordable car that had a lifetime warranty. They are the ONLY dealership that offers a lifetime warranty on the car as long as the title stays in your name. They were all very nice and very helpful. I loved my experience with Lary Hill in Cleveland. The next vehichle i get will definitely come from there.
"In and out just like that" This was mine and my fiance 2ND vehicle purchase here and just want to say wow. Very friendly non pushy listened to us and gave us there expert advice.
