"Two Thumbs Up" l have nothing but praise for the service dept at Larry Hill Ford. I feel they have always been upfront and straightforward about maintenance on my truck. Service Consultant, This past visit was for a repeat issue with the heat & air and Joe Trentham went above a beyond what would be expected in the servicing of my vehicle. One would expect paying at the very least the labor cost with a repeat issue, but I was pleasantly surprised when they came back with no charge. Thank you Joe and Chuck!
