"eddie ackerman did an incredible job" Eddie Ackerman is awesome. Found and got my 2017 Nissan Quest . He is great sales person and we loved dealing with him. Get with Eddie Ackerman and he will take great care of you
"Used truck purchase" Dealer listened to what I was looking for and only showed me what I ask for, did no try and talk me into something I did not want. The paperwork took a long time, wish there was a way to shorten this process.
"2 Vehicles in 1 week!" We originally came in to look for me a vehicle with a third row. Brad helped me narrow it down to what I liked, and also helped me make my final decision. After purchasing, my husband decided to look at a F150. He waited a couple of days, and came back to purchase at the end of the same week! We have purchased multiple vehicles with him, and couldn't imagine having another salesman! Thanks Brad for an awesome experience! Lifetime Customers
"Great experience " Highly recommend, great experience. Fast in and out, no long drug out process. Everyone we met was nice and courteous. Will differently be back when looking for another new vehicle.
"Great car buying experience" Brad Doty helped us decide on the used car that was right for us. He was knowledgeable and never pressured us. He made sure we got an extra key for the car at no cost, and also replaced a part on the rear bumper that was crinkled. We had a great experience at this dealership, and would definitely buy here again.

"Make it right" Brian Gay was put in very bad circumstances as a salesman which was not his fault but he did extremely well at showing us that he genuinely cared and wanted to make it right for us. He found us a great truck and helped us remedy the situation. He was extremely professional and courteous. If I owned a business I would want several just like him.
"Putting the customer first" While we did not buy from Rob and Cleveland Ford this time we were impressed with his knowledge and honesty in what he could and could not in our situation. Because of this we would recommend Rob. The next time we are in the market for a car we will return to see Rob Stence and Brandon Walker.
