"EASY!!!" The salesman, Ryan Tibb, was friendly, knowledgeable, & helped make this the easiest experience. I was dreading looking for a new vehicle and I was amazed by how easy & honest this experience turned out to be. I am happy I made the decision to stop by this dealer, I never had to go anywhere else.
"2018 Fiesta" Walked into Cleveland Ford unsure of what kind of vehicle to buy. Richard Howard immediately went to work to help my wife and I figure out the best choice for our family. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Not only was he patient, but he worked to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. We walked out that evening feeling great about our final decision and couldn't be happier with our new car.

"Fantastic serevic e" I went to Cleveland Ford and I was very pleased with my experience. Elliott listened to me telling him what type of vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I drove 3 vehicles in my visit and picked the one that best met my needs. Elliott Harris was great, I said I had pre approval from my bank and was not interested in checking with any other lender nor was I interested in trading in my car.
