"My experience." My salesmen was Frank. He went above and beyond to help me with my car purchase. I would highly recommend Cleveland Ford, but would definitely recommend Frank to help you out.
"4 out of 5. Had to wait a long time to pay." The overall experience at Cleveland Ford was pretty good. The vehicle was not detailed so I had to take it back a week later to get the vehicle detailed. Also there was a chip in the windshield. It was supposed to be fixed the same day I took it to have the vehicle detailed, but they did not think it needed to be repaired. "New car sales" We actually test drove several vehicles before making the decision to trade our Ford Edge for a new Explorer. Frank Villalona was very detailed and helpful with our decision to trade.
"Good car buying experience" Brandon Walker with sales was friendly and helpful in locating vehicle. Year end sales discounts were a plus. Dealership was willing to work with us on pricing. Somewhat disapointed 0 % financing wasn't offered on model but overall a good car buying experience.

"Very good service " Everyone was very friendly and helped me find the right vehicle for me. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable and had the right fit for me. They explain how everything works with the new truck and found what I wanted in the truck brought it out to me. The first vehicle they showed was everything I wanted.
