"Dont see anyone else!" After going several places and being so disappointed in service and variety, we stopped here at larry hill ford. At first we thought once again another bad experience for we were just passed by two different salesman then along came Mr. Hummel who was not only very friendly, very professional and very informative but he took his time finding us the perfect car.Thankyou Daye, we will be back!

"Go see Ben Myers" Ben Myers is by far the best salesman I've encountered. I always dread going car shopping and dealing with the car salesmen. Ben is laid back and gives you plenty of options with no pressure. He is very perceptive in what your looking for even if you aren't sure. Ben was very knowledgeable about all the vehicle features, financing options, and lifetime warranty fine print. "Excellent sales person" We were looking for a good used pickup truck with a low price/monthly payment. We went to one other dealership in Cleveland and they were way out of our price range. Ty Cobb greeted us at Larry Hill Ford, we told him what we wanted and within 10 minutes we were test driving the pickup that we Purchased. We felt that Ty listened to us and he showed us exactly what we wanted. Ty was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

"Great" Desmond McBee was great to deal with. Overall a really good dealership, they try really hard to assure customer satisfaction. I had to trade in my 2015 F150 on a Focus because of "divorce". They were extremely helpful. Plus the lifetime powertrain warranty is a bonus.
