In 2021 and during the COVID pandemic, Cliff helped us buy a vacant lot for a future home. Cliff was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient during this process. As a sign of the time, we completed this transaction completely remotely. Cliff's expert knowledge was thoroughly appreciated and needed as the selling agent was far less responsive and client focused.
