I had several issues with the assistants repeatedly asking for documentation that had been provided. I don't feel like I was informed well enough to know what was needed and when. I made transactions that created a lot of extra work and documentation that could have been avoided had I known a better timeline of the events to expect. Clifford did well in getting back to me when I had questions but once the work was passed on, I felt the attention to detail lacked severely and things were rushed.
