The process was very hard at the beginning. CMC's personnel was patience, very informative which eased the burden tremendously.
Benson was very quick getting our loan together as we had to change lenders at the last minute. His rates were competitive and saved us a lot of money. I would use them again

Not sure why you're sorry, I gave you a 4 star. I know my case was complex, but there were a lot of communication gaps, perhaps because my case was transferred several times to a different person. I understand the lending process has several stages and I guess that's why you keep handing the case over to another person, but it affects communication and therefore effectiveness of the whole process. I had to send several times the same information. Overall, we are happy because you got us a good deal. 4 star.
I really liked the loan portal that showed where you are during the loan process. It was very helpful. Also, how you could easily upload the documents needed.

Experience was great. So easy and seamless. They kept me up to date on where we were and made sure I was comfortable that there were no issues. When underwriters asked for more info, I received a complete explanation of why it was needed. Rates and terms were very competitive.
