I am so upset at this company! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom today at her work and nothing was delivered. I have been calling the store all afternoon and no one picks up. My card was charged yesterday and they even called me at 9:30 pm last night because whoever took the order wrote it all wrong. This is extremely disappointing.

When placing an order online you're asked to call in after entering all your info. When we called in we had to go through the entire process over the phone. And were hung up on. They even asked what the total was to charge the card. And the the flowers delivered look nothing like the floral arrangement chosen. Seriously?

A funeral is a devastating event, especially of a family member. When you sit at the service and expect to see flowers you have purchased to pay respect to that family member and they are not there, that is almost as devastating.

I wish I can give this place zero stars. What a bad experience I had here. I'm getting married this month and I needed to find a florist. So, why not give this place a try? I did. The man that worked there helped us. He was very kind and wanted to make sure I wanted the flowers that I wanted. The lady Marie that works there - not sure if she's the owner- she wrote down the prices of what I wanted.
