The entire experience at Coastal CT Dental was excellent. The receptionists are efficient, friendly and respectful. I forgot her name but the lady who is in charge of the invoices was exceptionally helpful in her explanations, and cheerful. They should have 10 stars! Honestly, I have not been to Dentist/Drs office where not only was Dr Kumar amazing, but her staff was Amazing too!! Everyone from the time I called for an emergency appt to seeing Dr Kumar, they were absolutely wonderful! I was not their patient at first, but they took me right away anyways, Dr Kumar explained everything that needed to be done. I am absolutely their patient now & so happy. Over all I was satisfied with all work done by Coastal Dentistry.(CS). While at my periodontics, DMD Toback, indicated that there was a tooth that should be examined by CD. This occurred at my last two visits at Shoreline. I mentioned this to the hygienist and she looked at the tooth and mentioned this to the DDS. The DDS examined the tooth and recommend appropriate action. What disturbs me is lack of communication between the two practices. I assumed there was goodbcommunication
Everything was great, Everyone is always so pleasant. Olivia does an excellent job. She is a pleasant person and I enjoy her very much.
