Awesome Doctor & staff! First went there when a broke my wrist 3-4 years ago, then Carpal Tunnel surgery on both hands after that, then recently when I broke 3 bones in my ankle. I highly recommend Dr. Williams & Coastal Orthopedics!!

Dr. Willams was awesome. I had a bad expierence at Bay Area ER.. I was then referred to Dr.Williams and what a breath of fresh air. He was the most professional, attentive, kind, and seemed truly concerned. He is a example for all. Great Dr. Great Staff.. .

I had a great experience until yesterday rude, and mean, totally uncalled for, I'm not just another number, I'm a human being who wouldn't be there if I hadn't gotten hurt....

Business response:

I am sorry that your appointment was not a positive experience for you. If you can provide any sort of constructive criticism or suggestions (via FB message if lengthy), I will implement changes promptly.
