The staff and Doctor were all very friendly, and they were able to see me and treat my cat quickly.

As always, we were very pleased with the attention and advice given by Dr. Gurley in regard to our Golden Retriever. She took her time, answered our questions, and even showed me the best way to brush Scout's teeth. And best of all, Scout loves to visit "her vet."
My cats love Dr. Gurley and so do I. She always follows through on questions and thoroughly researches whatever the topic is. I find her current with information, and though she typically knows what she is seeing, she will refer complicated cases (like a brain tumor) to a specialist. Doctors and staff are great but staff are short staffed and time management was off. I waited 1/2 hour to be seen and while waiting there were 3 phone calls on hold and 3 people waiting to check in. Appointments should be scheduled farther apart and there should always be 2 people up front with help from a third when needed. I've been coming here for years and this experience is not new.
Dr. Grant was wonderful as always. Staff were friendly and sweet with my cat. It's obvious they really care about their animal patients and their human caretakers.
The team at Codornices were very caring and professional. Dr. Grant quickly and accurately diagnosed all of my kitty's issues and helped with her aging process. I can't say enough about how compassionate and respectful Dr. Grant was when it came time to put her down. I will forever appreciate it. Linda Gailfus
